With programs curated by American Ballet Theatre Principal Misty Copeland and New York City Ballet Resident Choreographer Justin Peck this year, Ballet Across America is set to return to The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. on April 17-23.

Two new commissions will be presented among the impressive roster of performances. The first world premiere, Garden of Dreams, is by choreographer Jeremy McQueen, founder of the new Black Iris Project. Students from the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at ABT will perform his movement.

The second new work is actually an Ezra Hurwitz Film Commission featuring Capezio Athlete Stella Abrera, as well as Isabella Boylston, Marcelo Gomes, Calvin Royal III and James Whiteside.
